Information About our Parish Church

Join us for worship at the Appleshaw Parish Church of St Peter in the Wood

Regular services are held in the Parish Church of St Peter in the Wood, including a family service every month. Our church is very popular for weddings and for baptisms services.

We hold Parish Communion which is a Communion Service with hymns. We also hold Family Worship services for the family of the Church at which children and their parents are most welcome.

Other services are held locally each month at different locations within our parish. Please see the full list of services below.

A message from Reverend Ann, posted 11 October 2020:

“On this, my last Sunday as a resident in our Benefice (before I move to Gloucestershire), I want to say au revoir and a big thank-you to you all. It has been my privilege to minister here for well over 20 years, and it has been one of the best things in my life. Thank you all for your love and trust. I will be coming back to see as many as I can of all the people I’ve got to know here over the last 37 years. And be assured that I won’t ever forget you and these wonderful villages: you will always be in my heart and my prayers”

God bless you.

Love, Ann
